Each member of your team will receive a simple 10 min assessment via email. All responses are confidential. They will then be sent a simplified score identifying only their three styles and locus of control.

Your 90 min workshop can be experienced online or in person. Through this workshop your team will discover their styles, their strengths and most importantly their blindspots. The team will come away from the workshop engaged, cohesive and inspired.

After completing the workshop, attendees will receive their customized report. This 36+ page report will explain their styles and how they interact to create their unique profile. The report identifies likely collaborative friction and how to resolve it effectively.

Our instructors will train your internal team to become Culture Dynamics Certified workshop leaders. Each quarter we recommend they run the workshop for all new hires and invite a handful of seasoned team members. These sessions provide team building, education and further ensure you are making Communication your competitive advantage.
